4. Determination of nickel content
1）在室温two0℃When, remove10ml样品放于100ml容量瓶中，用DI水稀释至刻度，取上述稀释液10ml放于two50ml锥形瓶中；
two）在锥形瓶中加入约15ml浓氨水（分析纯），加入50ml去离子水，再加入0.twog紫脲酸铵（固体）指示剂放于瓶中摇匀；

5．Sulfate radical浓度of测定
1）用10ml量筒移取100ml氨基磺酸镍溶液样品于500ml烧杯中，用170ml去离子水稀释样品，再加入three5ml 0.1MBaCltwo溶液；
two）用搅拌磁子，在加热搅拌器上搅拌15分钟，温度设定70℃，如果看不到沉淀出现，则原溶液ofSulfate radical浓度小于two0ppm；
three）将上述溶液静置陈化过夜；
4）取洁净of玻璃砂芯漏斗，在洪箱中（80℃）Dry for half an hour, cool and weigh accurately to the nearest0.0001g——M1（g）;
5）小心地倾去上层清液，用玻璃砂芯漏斗过滤沉淀，沉淀应为亮白色（如果是黄色，则用少量of5-10%稀盐酸洗涤沉淀），用去离子水彻底清洗沉淀；
