IVMain components and functions

1. Organic acid can remove metal precipitation ions in dirt, and can properly dissolve part of grease and dry film.

2. Organic solvent: dissolve grease and dry film.

3. Surfactant: accelerate the dissolution and decomposition of oil.

VOperation method

1. Drain the developer completely;

2. Inject tap water to the liquid level and discharge after circulating for 10 minutes;

3. Infuse2/3Tap water, turn on heating, cover all covers and turn on air extraction.

7. Add developer and start normal development.

1. When operating single dosage tank cleaning agent, you must wear labor protection articles.

2. Temperature is one of the important factors for good cleaning effect; Good sealing can avoid the overflow of pungent odor, and good ventilation is very necessary.

3. For the roller with serious pollution in the front stage of outer dry film development, it can be removed and soaked in the stock solution and heated tofifty℃，sixtyTake it out and wash it in minutes.

4. Where the wall of the developing tank is seriously polluted, it can be directly wiped with a rag dipped in the liquid medicine stock solution to swell the caked and hardened ink pollutants before cleaning;

6. If the liquid medicine splashes on the skin, please wash it with a large amount of tap water immediately, and wash it with dilute soap solution before going to the doctor. If it splashes on the eyes, please wash it with a large amount of water and go to the doctor immediately.

7、 Store

This product should be stored in a ventilated and cool place to avoid direct sunlight, open fire source and stacking with strong alkali or strong reductant materials. The stacking height should not exceed two layers.
