1、 Overview

Ro-200 scale inhibitor is a high-efficiency scale inhibitor / dispersant for membrane, which is used to prevent reverse osmosis membrane blockage caused by scale formation of metal hydroxide, carbonate and silicate, and prolong the service life of reverse osmosis membrane. It is suitable for reverse osmosis water treatment system with tap water or groundwater as raw water.

This product is composed of hexametaphosphate and organic phosphonate. Using this product in reverse osmosis system can reduce the equipment investment and operation cost of reverse osmosis (RO) or ultrafiltration system (UF). In this case, it can replace the ion exchange pretreatment system.

2、 Product performance

1. The consumption is small, and generally tap water only needs 3-5ppm;

2. Do not agglomerate with calcium, magnesium, aluminum, iron and silicon compounds to form insoluble polymers;

3. It complies with ANSI / nsf60 standard and can be used for drinking water without causing environmental pollution.

4. The pH of water supply is effective in the range of 5-10.

5、 Method of use

The normal dose of ro-200 scale inhibitor provided by our company is in mg / L (PPM). That is, 3-5g of RO scale inhibitor needs to be added per cubic meter of reverse osmosis feed water.

The scale inhibitor is directly added into the dosing tank and added into the raw water before the security filter by the metering pump.

Before putting into operation, the actual output of the metering pump must be calibrated;

The dosing box shall be cleaned regularly to prevent the breeding of bacteria;

This product is not a dangerous chemical.
